Default I can\'t take a break from poker

I am perfectly able not play for a few days at all, but i can't stop reading 2+2, pokerbooks and look over my own hands in PT.
I am running bad lately and decided to take break from playing.
But here i am, reading 2+2, some poker book and thinking about yesterday's hands.

What does it mean exactly?
That i am dedicated to poker, but in professional way or something?
Or just addicted (not that it's so bad,as i mentioned in topic near by and i am a winning player)?

Are you unhappy... or is it hurting your personal life and relationships? If so, then you may be addicted. If not, then you're just having a good time with your hobby/sport/profession.

I am happy with poker in general.
It's an interesting hobby, that doesn't cost me money (the opposite, actually).
But it's just strange, that even when i decide to take a break from actual playing i cannot detouch myswlf from the game completely.

it's not the worst thing in the world to be a winning poker player who is hopelessly addicted. but you would be better off having more balance in your life. deep down you probably know this, but poker lets you block it out.
