3 table structure?

I'm holding a tournament tomorrow for like 25 people. What would be a good structure? Blinds, level times, chip values...

I'm thinking chips 25/100/500 and 1000's. Is that kind of standard chip values?

Is there anything else about running a tournament i might be overlooking? Any advice would be welcome.

My friends and I are used to playing $20 cash games, so when we do tourneys we just all get T2000. The blinds structure is approximately as follows:

20 minute levels:
10-10
10-20
20-40
30-60 <---we color up the T10 and T20 chips after this level, and stop rebuys here when we are offering them (usually single rebuy)
50-100
50-150
100-200
150-300
250-500
500-1000<--color out T50 and T100

Something like that.
