Default NL10 AQo: Villian on draw?

Villian is an OK rock. Not the typical NL10 donk.

I eliminated AA/KK from his range, as he would have reraised. AK is slightly possible, as he was a little passive preflop and maybe does not re-raise with it. So I the only hands I am a likely to be a dog to is 99 or A9o. More likely, Ax [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. What's my move here?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) converter

SB ($3.10)
BB ($22.50)
UTG ($24.95)
UTG+1 ($9.70)
MP1 ($2.55)
MP2 ($9.40)
MP3 ($5)
Hero ($10.85)
Button ($10.20)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.10, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.5</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, BB calls $0.40, UTG folds.

Flop: ($1.15) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero ??? </font>

I think K9 was very unlikely as he was a rock, 12/3.

If he's on a draw then he's freerolling with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Fold.

Can we rule out all other Axs to make this a fold?

Well, you are 51:49 with Ax[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. You're drawing to runner-runner or being freerolled against the rest of his range.

And no, this guy probably isn't playing Axs in unraised pots most of the time, let alone calling raises with them OOP.
