Alright, I didn't read the whole thread - just when the prop bet was proposed with very specific terms and a lot of cash. I'm assuming that the target was willing to meet all material terms and then TrapFace found a way to bow out. I think all you have to do is read the rules of the forum to find the answer.

If you're going to have rules, what are they for if you're not going to use them? I take it that the rule that says your banned if you make a prop bet and lose has a purpose. So ban away.
