Default UltimateBet is ripping me off

It's been 21 days and I still haven't received my withdrawal. The first email I received from them was:


Dear **************

We have reviewed your account and can confirm that your withdrawal has been processed.

By now, you should have received an email confirming your withdrawal has been completed. For your records, the withdrawal was processed toNeteller in the amount requested.

We understand that your withdrawal may have been delayed due to technical issues. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this matter. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again.

After a week, nothing from them. Then, they responded to my inquiry with:

Dear Sir/Madam ,

In regards to your email I have checked your UB account and you have not requested any withdrawals as your account does not show any pending withdrawals nor any withdrawals that have been processed.Thank you for taking the time to write us in.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

Anyone else having similar problems?! Is there anything I can do? This sucks.

From what I've been hearing lately, I would'nt touch UB with a ten foot pole right now.

sir,

UB has been responding to my questions with personal (read: not form letters) responses.

in addition, many people have been able to cashout--some have gotten their money the same day.

I think the problems is with people that were trying to cashout during the crash/upgrade.

Sorry you are having problems. I doubt they are ripping you off though.

I've cashed out 3 times since the upgrade. The first time took something like 5-7 days. The second one took 3-4 days. And I just did one last night which took less than 24 hours. Things seem to be pretty much back to normal at UB now. I really doubt they're trying to screw you over. It just seems like your case is particularly f'ed up. It sucks but I trust UB is not conspiring to steal your money.

Is the money now missing from your account, or did the withdraw not happen at all and there's nothing missing?

After the upgrade, my first deposit took 6 days.
Second (much larger) one took 20 hours.
I'm pretty confident in the site again.

BTW since I only have a couple of hundred on UB ihave been waiting it out.

They have always paid in the past and expect I will get my money.
