Default instadebit WPEX cashier question

I was about to make my first deposit to WPEX via instadebit, and right before I clicked "confirm" i noticed that it says:

PLEASE NOTE: WINNINGS WILL NOT BE PAID ON NSF DEPOSITS.
NSF DEPOSITS WILL AFFECT YOUR CREDIT RATING.

[/ QUOTE ]

What does this mean?

NSF=Non Sufficient Funds. If you try to deposit $1k out of an account that doesn't have $1k in it, and you run that $1k up to $100k before WPEX realizes you don't have the funds to cover your deposit, you aren't getting paid out. Your credit score will also go down, although that might be BS because I've had NSF charges on my bank account before and it never showed up on my credit report.
