I'm guessing something that beats you, unless he's on a suicide mission. I'd probably find a fold on the flop unless he was real loose.

Preflop is fine. Flop, I think your bet is fine, I would have made it a bit more, but thats being a nit. Once you've been min-raised, I think calling is the worst option. I'm either coming over the top big, putting him on one of the many draws, or I'm folding, giving him credit for a set or overpair. Just calling OOP makes the turn and river play almost impossible to play correctly. I fold the turn since you checked it.

Edit: BTW, I fold this flop 75% of the time and re-raise the other 25%.

This board screamed a draw or a smaller kicker to me. I wanted to fold but based on what I told myself i could not put him on a range that beat me! So I call and he had 9-5 believe or not. This is a tough spot for me because if the betting pattern doesnt make sense I tend to call. are others here default to fold?

A draw is the best possible scenario for you. Don't fall into the logic that everyone is always on a draw just because there are two suited cards or connectors on the board. Two pair and sets are still out there. Calling a big overbet all-in with just top pair, with very little information, is a poor play.
Also, I fold this PF.
