Villain has about $4k, I've got about $1500. He made most of his stack by calling a raise by a moron w/K5o. Moron had A8o and when the didn't hit the flop pushed. Villain paired his K and called, hence his stack. He's been raising a lot since.

First place pays $75, it that helps at all. 2 of the same tournies run concurrently and if you make the final table in both you get a good-sized bonus too.

Meh. First off, if you're gonna play, raise preflop. You're in MP, this is a marginal hand to play at best, but you oughta at least raise. Then you can cbet the flop and you'll win a lot of the time.

As it was played, it looks fine to me. Against this guy, check/call unimproved after the flop sounds about right. I don't think you need to value bet the river, if that's what you're wondering.

That's more what I wanted to know. Also wanted to know about leading out on flop, but everything woulda been different if I had raised pre-flop I suppose.
