Not so happy about happy hour

I was just looking at my point total on party and things don't add up. Happy hour points aren't being added properly for me.

I played 3316 hands yesterday and 2217 raked. Of those 3316 hands 1539 were during happy hour. Assuming approximately the same % was raked that should be about 1029 raked hands at happy hour. Anyways close to half but not quite. In my statement I got 1980 points (I should get .9 points/raked so that is close). But, I only got 624 bonus points for happy hour. This isn't even close to half. I had noticed that earlier in the week that it seem like I was getting enough points but I hadn't checked the numbers.

I played my first session from 9 AM to 11:45 AM eastern and all my hands during the day were at 5/10. I hate contacting party to fix anything so I haven't emailed them yet. Has anyone else had similiar problems?

If your VIP then email them. Ive always got a real response instead of just some form letter. About the happy hour I dont really know, I havent had any problems but I dont play during that time to much. Are you Gold or Silver? I looked real quick on the website but I couldnt tell if you are supposed to get your Gold points doubled for Happy Hour or if they just double the regular blue? level points.

I'm pretty sure that just your 'regular' points are doubled for gold.

You do not get them doubled 'again' for happy-hour.


So if you're gold AND playing during happy-hour then you are just earning total points at 3x the 'regular' (blue-level) rate...not at 4x.


Nice catch...very possible this is the mistake in the calculations being made here.

That sucks, I'm silver so it would be about right. I figured I should have had about 900 (after the 1.5) so the 600 I got would be correct.

Points earned after midnight arent added until the NEXT day at like 6am...so maybe that factors in too.
