Does bet365 still suck?

Hey guys,
I've been considering doing the little bet365 $50 March dealie, since nobody has had any cross words in the past month or so. Does anyone know if they're still jerking people around?

I hated this room...software was unusable when they first opened....but the guy I got on the phone was a big pussy and cashed me out to neteller over the phone in like 3 minutes. Ive never been back.

Its a 10x bonus, nothing special. I can get constant 10x bonuses+ RB at Absolute. The games suck, but I like all the incentives [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

The Bet365 software is terrible. I don't know why they have to make the tables/chat take up the entire screen. For me, the extra $50 isn't really worth the time. If they made it 100 again, I'd probably start doing it again but I'd just as soon play somewhere enjoyable than grind out this bonus.

I had to contact a human to get credited with my $100 signup bonus after I completed the 500+ raked hands, sent the e-mail, another e-mail, and then a 3rd e-mail.

The human said they never got the e-mail.

Then the bonus showed up about 1 day later, so I would assign an *intermediate* level of suck to bet365 based on my experience so far.
