I was pretty sure I was still ahead going to the river, river completed both flush and straight draws and put me behind 97. That said villain only has a PSB left, but i can't really see him calling a PSB with worse.

TT will definitly call; I don't think he has 9x very often given his turn flat call. Also given his preflop stats do you really seem him having an overpair here?
