Villain is 21/17/4 over 100 ish hands. I basically got blown off my draw here. Does anyone just call the flop as played?

The problem is you rep nothing except 55 and maybe A5, or a draw/bluff. I don't mind raising against a bad player, but think calling is better against a decent player.
