Default Heads up.....do you ever lay this down early?

Just wondering what the protocol is, I have no read, it's like the fifth hand, and it's a $2 buy in heads up game.....raised pot, TPTK but the board is dangerous and he could two pair.......assuming everything is correct up to my bet, what would be my line if checkraised? Shove or fold? Is calling a CR even an option? Thanks alot.

If he raises I would shove.

I think you'll get better responses if you re-post this in the Heads Up Poker forum.
