I expected him to hold QQ. Otherwise its an obvious raise against AcJc and 88, 99... always a raise? which line do you prefer?

Your two pair is beat by an overpair or a stronger T. If he's generally passive you can safely fold this. Come on, you beat a flush draw and hmm small PP's...
