Default NL25. River play after made straight on turn?

Villain (button) is 50/17/1.91, haven't played many hands against him but my image should be TAG.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 9 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

BTN: $26.60
Hero (SB): $47.50
BB: $7.50
UTG: $27.15
UTG+1: $41.70
UTG+2: $39.90
MP1: $24.05
MP2: $25.20
CO: $25

Pre-Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
6 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $0.50</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.50</font>, BTN calls $1

Flop: ($3.25) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $3</font>, BTN calls $3

Turn: ($9.25) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $7</font>, BTN calls $7

River: ($23.25) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero ??

3-flush, paired board = me worried. Check-call to keep pot small, bet-fold if raised, or anyone want to get all-in? Not sure what best play is here. Comments on all streets welcome.

I'd make your 3-bet OOP bigger.

Flop/turn looks good to me.

I don't see how you can bet-fold given stack sizes on the river. One would think that two pair would have woken up already.

My first instinct is to push. I think he's got KJ or AJ here enough. Plus, I don't think that I'm folding to a ~$15 river bet in a $38 pot if he pushes.

I prob check fold. The way I look at it is the villan isnt all that aggro so prob wont river bet a hand that beats you. I am also not sure what I do on the turn, but I don't see that bet being wrong.

I'd raise a little more preflop say 2. Flop and turn look fine, I'm shoving river.

good point, bet/fold isn't an option. I was planning on calling a river bet from him if I checked.

Consensus seems to be bigger preflop bet, and go all-in on river. Trying to figure out advantages to going all-in here. Is everyones thinking that if you plan on calling an all-in in this case, to push to get weaker hands that would check behind to call? vs checking and getting weaker hand that wouldn't call an all-in bet to try to steal pot?

thanks for replies!

IMO, yes.

If you are going to call a bet when you check the river, I think there is value in just pushing.
