Default Interesting Question for B&M Play

Everyday I generally have some sort of "thought of the day". At my casino, the most commonly spread game is $3/$6 limit. Its typically very juicy with at least half of the table calling any amount of bets preflop with ATC. I was thinking of the value in raising very speculative hands like T9 sooted, 98 sooted, etc in the CO or the button not because they are really superb hands, but to give myself odds later in the hand to draw to super strong, but semi long-shot draws (backdoor straights and flushes primarily). Any thoughts to whether this could turn out to be EV+ or is it just burning money? Thanks

Might want to try the limit forum. They can probably answer your question much better than people here.
