Default Bubble play w/ a shortstack in a 9 man STT

Blinds 100/200
UTG (2500)
Hero (3000) dealt: Js Jh
SB (500)
BB (7500)

UTG folds
Action to Hero. Raise how much? Fold if he pushes...
Continuation bet any flop? and how much?

Flop: 10,7,3 rainbow
BB checks
Action to hero. Bet how much? Is the hand over if he continues in any way?

The two options I see are to push preflop or to raise 3x bb and fold to bigstacks shove. I think open shoving is by far the superior play here.

it doesnt like you put UTG into your calculations. That would explain pushing a little bit more. But calculations are wrong without UTG because it thinks you already cashed.

pushing 15xbb to gain 300, and you will almost certainly cash seems extreme and the only time you will be called is by a better hand.

I am shoving here as to not get restolen when there's a min stack present. Without running it I would say shoving is unexploitable.
