it screams fold. weird bet though. set?

To be honest, it screams bluff to me. A huge overbet like this is often someone who has sensed weakness but really doesn't want to be called. Not sure if I can find the courage to make the call, though. A set or 98 for two pair is more likely than an overpair. AA-TT almost certianly would have raised at some point preflop or on the flop.
