Default Withdrawing money to bank account with moneybookers

Can someone help me with this problem with moneybookers.com?
It is regarding withdrawing money into my bank account.
I have a bank account with CIBC.
When i enter the swift code CIBCCATT it requires a bank account#
Should i enter my institution number, branch number, followed by my bank account number?
because the Swift code is for the Main brach located at Toronto, canada.
But my home bank is in British columbia and my branch number is say 09999 and institution # 010 and my account number lets say 1234567
So.. should i enter 010099991234567
Or just 1234567?

This would probably apply for any bank since most bank has their own branch code.

please help me out.

Hey man, if your bank is PC Financial like mine, you're out of luck. If your bank is purely CIBC, your bank account number should be 10 digits I believe. Not sure if they need 010 + branch#.
