Default 6.50 - pushing AJs over a minraise

Had a disagreement over this hand with a friend. Villian is tight and probably has at least a basic knowledge of push/fold play. Other two players are bad.

Full Tilt Poker Game #4079314957: $6 + $0.50 Sit & Go (Turbo) (30996931), Table 1 - 150/300 - No Limit Hold'em - 17:27:26 ET - 2007/11/05

Seat 1: pyrolein (3,075)
Seat 4: coelewis (6,970)
Seat 6: MrDannyOcean (1,955)
Seat 7: caiylb (1,500)

MrDannyOcean posts the small blind of 150
caiylb posts the big blind of 300
The button is in seat #4

*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to MrDannyOcean [Jd Ad]
pyrolein raises to 600
1 fold
MrDannyOcean raises to 1,955, and is all in

I think shoving is fine unless he's a supernit.

I shove this all day long. The only time I don't is if I have seen him do this in the past w/ big pairs and ak, however rarely will those hands make up their entire range.
