How should this be handled?

Pre-flop is tricky since you have fuller stacks behind you. My preferred play is to re-raise here and hope isolate and get AI with either shorty.
If you get re-reraised by a full stack then I dump (since this is at least QQ, usually better, even at NL10), if called I shutdown unless I hit the flop solid. Calling can leave you in a tricky spot post flop with TP if you are called behind and are OOP. As played I call the allin (unless you have a nitty read) and ride the variance.

Re-raising might allow some donk to call (incorrectly) with a small PP to setmine - then you have dead money post flop. Also if someone has AA, KK behind you they will let you know now before its too late.
