Sick river card with the nut straight
Villain is running at 16/13 and seems pretty aggro. I opted to call the CR on the turn because I'd still have good odds to call a shove and that if he was making a move I could hopefully get the rest of his stack on the river. Obviously I've also got an OESFD as well.
I don't think a worse card could have come. Is this still a call? Re: Sick river card with the nut straight
Shove turn. I doubt he is making a move putting in half his stack, if he is he probably is giving up on the river anyway. As played snap call.

Re: Sick river card with the nut straight
he showed enormous strength on the turn. why are you worried about not getting the rest of his stack? just shove the turn over his 3bet. you got the nuts.
if he sucks out with a set/2pair move on... |

calls? wtf. Also, shove turn. [/ QUOTE ] I probably should have shoved turn. But as played haven't 88,89,Q9 and 22 boated up. What range do you put the villain on on the turn? |

Re: Sick river card with the nut straight
He has a house here 99.99999999% of the time and I can find a fold. Which is why you should definitely shove the turn. Bit of a cooler though

[/ QUOTE ] Because we really only beat a missed fd, this shove from villain is stone cold nuts or stone cold bluff and it doesnt really make much sense for him to be bluffing given our line and the stack to pot ratio |

Re: Sick river card with the nut straight
Because it's 3-handed and it looks like we don't have much so he can play AQ-QJ like this I think. He's gonna open up and have a higher bluff frequency 3 handed than 6 handed. Also, what's hero's image? It's not stated anywhere, if you're running over the table it makes it even more of a call.
