Can anybody fold this? I pretty much only beat a bluff, but is it not likely that he is bluffing here?

the only T's that makes sense is T9 (Very unlikely) and AT which is possible, id call here pretty quickly expecting to beat a badly played flush or Ax or chop with another 9 most of the time
