Default I have two pair in limped pot

This is my very first hand at the table and I have never played w/ villain before. I have a couple of questions for you:

1 ) How did I played the hand?
2 ) What would you have done on a blank river as played?
3 ) What is your action if he raised turn to $105 or something like that?
4 ) What would your plan have been if the turn was a blank?

Perhaps some of the questions are easy, but I'm running bad ATM and just want to make sure I'm right.

His turn minraise worries me a bit, but I think calling and c/c a blank river is fine. The river here obv. isn't a blank so I think your line is fine.

If he raised turn bigger, I think I still would have called and seen a river.

I'd set him in on the turn. He's got a half-stack, and I'm not going to give him credit for K7/K5/K6 open-limping, nor limping/calling a PSB with 34/89 on flop. I'd be most worried about 67, but wouldn't be surprised to see KQ/KJ/KT/AK. Your turn bet is a little weak as well, I'd go for $42-$50.
