not your normal $/hr question....

Which strategy should make the most $/hr assuming Player A can play all stacksizes well and uses decent table selection. Please take into account the skill level at the different levels.

50NL- 100bb stacks
100NL- 40bb stacks
200NL- 20bb stacks
