Default Flop a set get raised a lot on Turn

My first post in this forum. Mainly a NL player but I've been working on my Limit game - I seem to enjoy it more.

Villain is 38/4.35/1 over 90 hands. He has generally called a PFR and then folded the Flop against me in every pot we've played.

Cryptologic
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $1/$2
6 players

Stack sizes:
UTG: $51.45
UTG+1: $48.05
CO: $35.85
Button: $32.50
SB: $100.40
Numfar: $49.95

Pre-flop: (6 players) Numfar is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
2 folds, CO raises, 2 folds, Numfar calls.

Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4.5SB, 2 players)
Numfar checks, CO bets, Numfar raises, CO re-raises, Numfar re-raises, CO re-raises, Numfar re-raises, CO calls.

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (8.25BB, 2 players)
Numfar bets, CO raises, Numfar re-raises, CO re-raises, Numfar re-raises, CO re-raises, Numfar calls.

River: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (20.25BB, 2 players)
Numfar checks, CO bets, Numfar calls.

Results:
Final pot: 22.25BB

I actually got slightly confused on the Turn because I didn't really realise that you could keep betting on Crypto and I was thinking "WTF, do I play this for stacks?". I figured his range on the Turn was KK+ & AK which I'm ahead of.

Thoughts?

Also, while I'm at it, what do you do on a site where betting isn't capped? Obviously with the nuts you keep betting but when do you stop with the second nuts or worse?

Thanks

Almost the whole turn is way too much. Even though it is 3:2 that he has AK vs. AA/KK, this type of player usually isn't going to show up with AK here hardly ever given that he went nuts on the flop. I'd call down from his first raise. I've never played on uncapped sites though so other opinions might be different.

I'm having difficulties with hands like this (and it seems to be happening a lot more than it should). I think it's because of the NL attitude - we have a set, get it AI and if we lose it's a cooler. Obviously in NL villain will always get AI with AK.

Obviously with each bet the range narrows but at which point does he no longer have 2 pair and must have a set? If villain had more aggressive stats both pre & post flop would how I played it have been better?

The same thing happened again today. Sorry, no converter for Everest:

EverestPoker Game #2283852899: Table Bogota-6 - $1.00/$2.00 - Limit Hold'em - 11:06:53 - 2007/10/29
Seat 1: Winne ($33.75)
Seat 2: Moudros ($16.46)
Seat 3: cedriq ($19.00)
Seat 4: ZebulonAA ($30.50)
Seat 5: Numfar ($53.75)
Winne posts the small blind of $1.00
The button is in seat #5
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Numfar[8s 8d]
Moudros calls $1.00
cedriq folds
ZebulonAA folds
Numfar raises to $2.00
Winne raises to $3.00
Moudros calls $2.00
Numfar calls $1.00
*** FLOP *** [6s 8h Ac]
Winne checks
Moudros bets $1.00
Numfar raises to $2.00
Winne calls $2.00
Moudros calls $1.00
*** TURN *** [6s 8h Ac] [Ks]
Winne bets $2.00
Moudros calls $2.00
Numfar raises to $4.00
Winne raises to $6.00
Moudros calls $4.00
Numfar calls $2.00
*** RIVER *** [6s 8h Ac Ks] [Th]
Winne bets $2.00
Moudros calls $2.00
Numfar raises to $4.00
Winne raises to $6.00
Moudros folds
Numfar calls $2.00

Villain was 57/4.76/2 over 21 hands but no Hud so didn't have those available. BTW, raise on River was pure tilt. Would I have played this right if I just called the River? So many questions.

hand sample is pretty meaningless this early on.

I cap the turn if he leads the river I raise/call

It is a leak to NOT raise river.

first hand: after so much flop action, I would just start calling down after he raises the turn. I dont play on uncapped sites, but I wouldn't feel bad at all if the flop + turn got capped in my games.

second hand. I would go ahead a 4-bet the turn and then start calling down.

Thanks for the feedback. Obviously I lost both - AA in 1 & KK in 2. I've had similar situations in the last few days where I've lost with a full house to a bigger full house twice. I'm having real trouble trying to slow down but I guess these situations shouldn't come up enough for this to be a big leak.
