Default $4-180 SNG. Flame me for not folding.

Villain (chipleader) has been pretty tight the last couple of rounds but has loosened up the last 20 hands. I'm currently 5th or 6th place in chips with 55 remaining.

Folding PF is okay. People don't make these types of "steal/attack limper" raises from the SB too much b/c the position sucks (unless they go A/I of course).

But b/c you have position calling PF is okay too.

Here is how to fold this hand postflop. It's actually easier than you think.

1) Stop thinking about your hand.

2) Start thinking about pot odds. This should be your focus. You need 45.92% equity to break even here.

3) Now think about his hand range. You don't have much to go on, but most people don't risk their CL and the big stack to bluff at a 1600 pot w/out at least TPTK (and more like two pair).

4) Now think about your equity against his range.

Do you have 45.92% equity? Probably not.

Anyhow, the 1st key is to stop thinking about your hand and think about the odds being offered.

You're right, that was easy. I've never had a concept explained to me so clearly and efficiently.

Thank you.

Implieds are ok, I agree the pre call is fine.

calling post is EV suicide to a great stack, we entered the hand with 60+ BB's, lets go away with most of them. What range are you giving him that you're calling here?
