What do I do in this spot? I was originally going to push over the top of the initial min bettor, but not be happy about it since he was playing pretty tight.

When the other two called I thought, if I push I could easily get 2 callers if not all 3 so I took a flop looking to hit a set. I then check folded the flop.

Another read is that the flop opener was playing super loose with his big stack.

My question is what is your line here?
