Default TT vs donk

Flatted JJ UTG + 1. Raised flop on K52cc flop.
CC KQo in BB v BTN c/c Axx flop bet blank turn
Called down A3s on 43Q5 both barrels

These are my notes on him and hes pretty bad.

Eff stacks 4k ar 40/80 blinds.

I raise utg to 240 w/ TT, and he flats from the button.
Flop comes Q42hh and I lead 365 into 600, and he makes it 1k...

Im not sure where I am here at all, given that he could be doing this with 99, or 77, or hearts, or a queen...

I would guess im ahead more often than not, and I dont think hes folding any of his range on the flop or turn unless its a heart higher than his PP or something.

How should I best go about getting value here? Or should I even be folding?

I think with your read it's a call but I would be in check/call mode the rest of the hand.
