Hey everyone, I feel like by not folding this preflop I made it hard for myself. He seemed weak so after not C-betting flop I tried to take it down on the turn, but then I bet way too small. Then by the river I think I'm ahead again so I bet for value. Sigh....as played what do ya'll think?

Edit: I guess my reason to raise PF was the table had been weak/tight in my short time being there.
