Default Trips facing weird river bet

Villian is 26/18/2
He has just started multitabling and he is fairly competent i think but probably calls too much.
The play is 3-handed and i'm not sure what to make of his bet. I'm pretty sure he would raise a FD on flop or turn and also i would know if he had the other 5.
Btw he tanked loads before making the river bet. WTF?

i looks like he is repping 88 67dd or the other 5, looking for you to call with any pair or even ace high (bc of the missed fd) So I am leaning toward calling rather then raising. but i might just be a nit.

More on the turn, $110ish.

Considering you have $188 more and he's put so much in and might feel committed with 6s/7s or something, maybe even A4diamonds I think this is a shove.

Yeah i'm not sure why i made a small bet on the turn i don't usually.

I am also leaning towards calling, i don't think he bets like this with 6s or 7s gators.
