Default KKJ5 flops FD 3-way

I need suggestions on how I should play this hand. Primarily on the flop, but also what I should do in case I don't get such a good turn card.

My first thought on the flop is that SB probably has a set or two pair. Maybe a NFD? But when he doesn't move all-in on COs raise I don't think he has a set. Still, I don't know how this justifies my actions here. I really feel lost as to what the correct flop play is.

Don't forget str8 + FDs in SBs range, which unless it's the Ace high flush draw, you are likely well ahead of.

This is definitely a weird hand and knowing the players tendencies would help A LOT.

I would normally fold on the flop to the first bet from the SB. The SB is betting pot OOP into two players while I hold the 2nd nut flush draw, an overpair and a pair on the board. In addition, we have no idea if the short-stack CO is going to push on the flop which will cost you a lot more money. If the SB is super aggro, calling or even raising might be good options, but I think most players here are betting with a pretty good hand.

If a bad card comes on the turn and he bets pot, you will be getting ~80 to ~32 (5 to 2) on your money. IF your flush draw is good, you are not getting the proper odds if villain has a set.

This is what I meant to write:

My first thought was pushing all in after the flop bet - but after doing a few hand analysis a shove isn't perfect, even if villain hasn't a set. A call on the flop after the bet imho is ok, second call is standard getting huge odds.
