Villain minraising gives me trouble
Villain is 40/13, seems a bit aggro. He's minraised my c-bet 2 or 3 times in a row now, so I made a note to have a hand when I get involved. Led to this:
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) MP ($3.15) Hero ($15.90) SB :#A500AF(Villain)/ ($10.55) BB ($18.40) UTG ($13) Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.4, SB :#A500AF(Villain)/ calls $0.35, 1 fold. Re: Villain minraising gives me trouble
First of all, the flop 3 bet is terrible. I would just flat him here, but if you are going to 3 bet, it must be alot bigger than that. Once you get the turn its a fold. You have to think to yourself at this point what do you honestly beat? A bluff or a weaker ten, which is very unlikely. On the flop he could have been c/r-ing you with a draw, but the draw just got there, and by the river every draw got there. Please fold the turn, and stop 3-betting so small.
