Default NL25 - TPNK facing minraises, tiny bets...

I probably played this hand horribly wrong, but minraises and those minbets are just really confusing...

No stats on villain

Ongame converter
Hero ($38.30)
SB ($10.90)
BB ($25)
UTG ($23.40)
UTG+1 ($29.70)
CO ($26.80)

ANTES/BLINDS
SB posts blind ($0.15), BB posts blind ($0.25).

PRE-FLOP : Hero has A 2
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, CO folds, Hero bets $1, SB folds, BB calls $0.75.

FLOP: J 3 A
BB checks, Hero bets $2, BB bets $4, Hero calls $2.

TURN: T
BB bets $2, Hero calls $2.

RIVER: 9
BB bets $2, Hero calls $2.

Why not re-reraise flop? As played its fine but wouldn't be suprised if he did this with something like A5/A4 for the chop that he could have potentially folded if you were more aggressive on the flop. His stats are important too obviously...flop may even be a fold if he's sufficiently tight/passive.

Why do you think he should reraise the flop? The board is relatively dry so I don't think he could be doing this with a draw. Every single ace has you beat. Maybe I'm too weak, but I feel like if you get to showdown at best you see a A with a higher low kicker.

raise preflop if you are going to play this hand.

on the flop you can fold - you are calling down for a split.

I fold to the mini-flop raise unless you have a good read on the villian. After you call the flop raise, I call down like you did.

Honestly, I have no idea what he can have here.

It looks like A8o or something but that would be horrible of him to CMR AT-.

The flop is so dry that I don't think AJ or a set would CMR and then bet so small on the turn.

If this is against a donk it looks like A8 or QQ that is mad when the ace flopped but is still trying to get value.

He bets $2 (10) and $2 (14) so I would just call down and take a note on this fish.

Does anyone else have any idea what this means??
Help me out please.

Maybe posts results in a little bit.
