Default Bad beat on the river or raise more on the turn?

villain - 35/23, took half a buyin off him three hands ago, and misclicked a hand ago against him, so lost around 5$.

Party Poker, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 4 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG: $3.69
Hero (BTN): $18.75
SB: $30.11
BB: $26.43

Pre-Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
UTG calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, <font color="red">SB raises to $1.50</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.25

Flop: ($3.50) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $1.85</font>, Hero calls $1.85

Turn: ($7.20) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $3.25</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $6.50</font>, SB calls $3.25

River: ($20.20) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $5</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $8.90 and is All-In</font>, SB calls $3.90

Results: $38 Pot ($1.90 Rake)
Hero mucked 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a flush, Queen high) and LOST (-$18.75 NET)
SB showed A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a flush, Ace high) and WON $36.10 (+$17.35 NET)

was going to slow down/throw away if a club hit the board, hate my mini-raise on the turn, prolly it is a shove? but feels like a bad beat on the river, would've played differently with another club on the river, though.
