iPoker suggestion (raising amount treated as TO or BY)

I sent this suggestion to iPoker directly but in case they read this I try this as well. This suggestion would work for other poker clients as well.

I find it annoying that different poker clients use different ways to treat the raising amount. Some treat it as "raising by", some "raising to".

Please, make this as a setting and possible to change in the options. I would rather use the "raising to" as it's much easier (at least for me).
