When a calling station suddenly wakes up to minraise you on the turn...alarms.

Especially on such a coordinated board.

Don't minraise preflop - make it at least 7.50, I like 9. Minraising with big pairs and large stacks against a calling station, as you said yourself, is just horrible. I could find a fold on the turn given your read - you're beat here a very large percentage of the time and drawing dead or thin. The turn bet is fine though - you're got to bet the turn here against this Villian.

You min raised preflop vs a 75/21/1 with KK...You prob could have raised to 14 and he would have called...adjust your raise sizes vs guys like this.
