Your math doesn't add up, $250 stacks and $220 left on the turn? I'd just bet the turn and continue to rep strength, probably around 115.. no room to fold after the bet. If he has JJ, meh..

Also, for what reason did you 3-bet?

Preflop range: AK/TT+, maybe AQs/lower PPs/suited broadways.
Flop range: TT+/AsKs, maybe AsQs

Which means c/f turn is good imo. He won't bet TT or AJ if he ever shows up with it.

agree with folding, hard to imagine him bluffing or betting a worse hand.

I guess it depends how positionally aware he is. I think we have too much equity against his raising range with AQ as opposed to our equity against his call 3-bet range.

Do you think 3-betting is fine if villian is 24/20 instead of 24/12?

Assuming you call oop, do you c/f vs. a c-bet if the flop missed you?

3betting is pretty std against a 24/20 CO raise

Definitely 3-bet if he's a 24/20. c/r bluffing a decent amount of flops but yeah, generally not worrying about it if I miss.
