2 raise the flop and call a shove. as played, call.

3 i think is okay, you can make a case for checking turn if you want.

4 reraise pf. AK multiway is yuck.

bet the river.

hand 2: i'd raise flop. as played call turn.

hand 3: i'd check turn.

hand 4: wtf raise preflop.. and as played bet turn and/or river

This is what I'd do at the moment. I've been mixing it up the last few months and haven't really been able to settle for a strict betting pattern yet. I see aba and cts bet nearly pot and I feel ackward doing it myself and some other players are successful betting closer to 3/4. Dunno, probably a thread of its own..
