Is this a fold here with AK?

6 man 13$ turbo on stars. Top 2 pay.

SB is avg player, isn't aggressive with stack on bubble like he should be.

I still think this is a push but his raise pretty much commits him to my raise and if I do win, i'll have a 6k stack and abuse the bubble and I don't think BB is shortstacked enough where this is a fold every single time.

More interesting question would be at what chip stack does the BB have to be for this to be a fold?

40+ but you shouldnt be folding it anytime 3 handed except for some wierd stack size situations.
