What time do you play SnG's on Pokerstars?

What time of day are the games softest? I usally start playing at 3/4pm SoCal time because I figure that the east coast money is just getting home from work and starting their recreational poker time. I realize it is an international game as well and really have no idea what time is best for soft foreign competition.
