Id fold both without any infos whatsoever.

First one is a fold because of his AF but I like to call as well for later on when he's going to play a similar way on a similar board. And I want to know if he donkslead if he hits FD or c/c or c/r.

Hows the second not a fold?
First I agree I tend more towards a call then fold.

Hand 1: Good fold. Nothing more I can add but two pair/flush are a large part of his range. I expect you see a turn check raise by him there a lot.

Hand 2: Good river fold, as played.

I fold both of these.
In hand 1 -Doubtful that villain valuebets river with a worse ace, or has got to the river with a bluffing hand given that the FD came in.

In my experience hand 2 is a flush 99.99% of the time.
