Default $10 MTT - how far do I go w/ JJ here?

This is a 10 minute blind tourney. Villain is 33/5 over 40 hands, won a big pot w/ a set earlier and has won a few small pots with flop bets. I feel like I didn't raise enough PF, should have gone to 600 or perhaps 700-800 since I'm going to be out of position here(comments on that appreciated though).

Thoughts on the flop bet, and, do I want to take another stab here on the turn, or should I be done at this point?

the typical recommendation is to go to 3x his raise so 600.

his hand range - he can't have AcKc since the Kc just came so I wouldn't worry about clubs. with only one overcard, you're only beaten by AK AA QQ and 99 and AcJc+ ( in terms of hands he would raise/call your raise PF and flat call the flop).

bet 1400 and call a push.

If he has AJs, you need a new dealer.

I'd make it 800-1000 pre and open-shove most flops if flatcalled. 3-betting to 500 is your worst option (other than making it 400 and folding.) The reasons that u should bet more pre should now be apparent, as u are in a really bad/tough spot on the turn. As played your only play is to check and hope he takes a free card with 77;88.

If he doesn't open often his raise is a bad news: I put him on any pair,KQs+.
On the flop when he call (but doesn't raise) looks like he doesn't feel behind so his range is 99+,KcQc+.
The turn is a scare card: I think I'd go in check/fold mode now.

I'd go 700-800 preflop & as played 1100 on flop since betting the pot is quite natural on that board & it gives you the option of shoving turn for a slightly better number.
As played the turn is an extremely interesting spot. There's 3K effective stacks and a 2.7K pot so any proper bet totally commits either player & may as well be allin. You're options:
(a) Shove/bet 2Kish/most bets: +EV in terms of better than open folding, but pretty much removes the value of JJ & turns your hand into a JcX semibluff. JJ is still the best hand quite a lot here & whilst the club draw doesn't mean you're turning it into a pure bluff, it still doesn't seem right.
(b) Check - the first question is what are we doing if he bets. An aggression factor would be helpful but most 33/5s aren't going to semibluff much here, so I think we aren't calling. That leaves check/folding. That cleary retains some equity, since I see him having a worse hand & checking behind quite a decent amount, so I'd say "is more +EV" than shoving, if you can say that about c/f..

Terrible RR on preflop for all reasons erc said. I mean, that just creates a disgusting stack for post flop action OOP. Please be raising to ~900 and commit yourself on all dry flops.

On the turn, his pfr is so small that I have to put 1010, A9, 88, and 77 in his range. The problem is that if he bets, he's probably getting all of those hands to fold given the K, which is a terrible card. So, yeah, check, because if you bet, you are only getting called by hands that beat you.

an Ac river makes for an interesting value bet situation, I think.

Yeah, re-reading this later on, the PF re-raise is godawful, no excuses at all there, and I do understand the concept of sizing my bets/raises to make my decisions easier on later streets, I just didn't implement it at all here, ugh.

Does his small bet on the turn change the thinking at all here?

Make it like 900PF. Bet pot on the flop.

That's a pretty brutal turn, we are officially not beating much. TT, 88, 77, A9o. None the less, I shove it in here.
