Default pre-flop and post-flop action with JJ OOP 150BB deep - 2/4 NL

first time playing vs villian, see him playing on 3-4 tables, and he seems solid-aggro player, raises a lot pre flop, he also sees me as an aggresive player, with a pretty wide range.

Poker Stars, $2/$4 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players

CO: $1,104.45
BTN: $433.70
SB(Hero): $602.85
BB: $314.55
UTG: $554.25
MP: $708.90

Pre-Flop: J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img](BB)
2 folds, CO raises to $12, BTN fold, Hero raises to 46$, BB folds, CO raises to $116, Hero calls

Flop: ($234) 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets 234$, Hero ?

please comment on both the pre-flop and the post-flop, thanks.

the pot is too big now to consider folding, go allin even if I think you have probably 0 FE on this flop.

I prefer 4 betting preflop since we are OOP.

Edit: Yeah I meant 5 bet.

Do you call a shove after you 5-bet?

I think I may just fold to the 4-bet. Is that too weak?

If he seems solid I don't think you lose anything folding pre-flop. His range is likely AK, QQ, KK, AA. Against all but the most aggressive at this limit, he'll have one of these hands 90% of the time and you're not getting set odds.

On the flop you're behind everything but AK. Even AQ, tt, 99 got there if he was aggressive with that preflop. Turbo fold IMO and protect your big stack. Your draw is a dog to his range, Cheers, Mahogany17

Without history it's totally fine, imo.
