Is the fold to weak?
Sb is 29/5 over 80 hands
I don't know if I'm going against Ax or a flush semi bluff here. Full Tilt 0.50/1 Hold'em (6 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. 2 folds, Hero raises, 1 fold, SB calls, BB calls. Standard call-down. Then make a note what he did this with.

Many players raise the draw, second pair or a pocket pair here trying to fold your hand. Just call down. You'll be ahead here enough to show a profit, it just sucks when you get shown a5. |

Re: Is the fold to weak?
Kinda weird question here. If we 3-bet, do we buy a river card often enough to save the .5BB?
i.e. *FLOP* check, bet, raise, 3-bet, call. *TURN* check, check *RIVER* bet, call Also has benefit of preventing a flush draw or weirdly played mid pocket from bluffing us out of the hand. If you want to mention meta-game, it's not bad either. You may get a lot of action on future hands when you do have it. Not saying this is something I do or recommend, but just wondering what others think about it? |

Re: Is the fold to weak?
If you're running good, you'll get shown clubs or an 8.
If you're running bad, you'll get shown ace-deuce. So always run good. |
