Default 25nl AT OOP

$0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Villan is 52/10/0.65(122)

Hero ($38.49)
MP ($19.80)
Button ($24.44)
SB ($14.91)
BB ($28.45)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $1</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $0.75.

Flop: ($2.35) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $2</font>, Button calls $2.

Turn: ($6.35) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $4</font>, Button calls $4.

River: ($14.35) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $5</font>, Button calls $5.

This villan seems to float cbets hence the $4 flop bet. I wasn't so sure I was ahead after this was called so I put out a blocker on the river.

Does this look reasonable?

Preflop is baaaad, if you're gonna play, you gotta raise it. I don't like leading all three streets since we're not the PFR, but meh, it works.

Probably around 5-5.5 on turn.

What are you doing if he raises river?

Like, the more I look at this hand, the more I dislike every street. I would like how you played this if you raised preflop but it just plays so much more differently since you didn't.

As played it doesn't look THAT bad against a guy with the stats you posted on him. But as thac said, raise or fold preflop. It'll easily make for better spots for taking money from this type of player.

Alright then, I see what you mean. Have been having some trouble with AJ/AT of late.

Does this hand look okay if I say... raise pf to $3.25ish and lead 2/3pot on flop, betting turn and river accordingly? In this scenarion, if he calls on flop/turn can I pretty much assume I'm behind. would I then c/f river?

Cheers
