Two JJ hand - NL600
1. Villain is pretty unknown to me. We have played less than 50 hands together and he seems to be pretty tight. What to do on flop?

With this villain we have played pretty much today. Lot's of 3-betting. He hasn't fold to 3-bet from position even once but hasn't 4-bet either. He is very aggressive post-flop as well. Re: Two JJ hand - NL600
Is this HU??
Hand one I would call almost always. You'll see over cards doing this often enough if you've both been three betting quite often. Hand two I like given the right dynamic. Ie. He will interpret your line as a bluff/flush draw and call with 9x type hands or even 88. Defintely not a standard line but good to mix it up and so that he knows you checking after three betting OOP doesn't mean you are giving up. I like hand two if you think he is slightly tilted and is looking to make a hero call. |
