Default $1/2 Limit should I be capping this turn?

I've asked a similar question about a similar hand before but here goes. I really get lost as to what to do in hands similar to this because I don't want to chase out guys with 2nd and 3rd nut low so I usually hold back should I be or go to town and 4 bet?

This is a good spot to cap the turn for value. Yes, you may chase out some second/third nuts lows but the possibility that you can make some weaker two pairs fold (eg. T2xx, T3xx) wells makes up for it. In fact, you increase the chance you can scoop slightly by capping the turn.

The more I think about it this should be almost a no brainer 4-bet. Guess i'm just a bit shell shocked from 4 betting here and the 2 cold callers with probable 2nd best hands taking a hike and getting quartered by nut low/set. Jeez i'm such a nit.

I've capped in such spots on just the Nut Lo + Flush draws versus 2 Bluffy-Fish, where it went bet, raise, re-raise.

Twice I scooped on the river, without hitting any part of my hand, a big swing in my favour.

Here you have the nut Lo alread, and whether calling or raising is best, is dependant entirely on what you think your opponents likely holdings are, to have called 2 cold, and how likely the are to call for 2 bets more.

If you're sure, one of them will have A4, then calling's probably better with 3 opponents, but if you're thinking they call with total crap no matter what eg) middle str8 draw, charging them to draw is much more attractive.
