Default Weight Loss Challenge: Kyleb where you at?

So about 3 weeks ago now Kyleb and I started a weight loss prop bet and I have to say that most likely he is ahead of me even though I am spotting him 1.25 to 1 for weight. So far I am down 3 LBS. Working out everyday but family was in town from the old country and well we eats yo. Anywho they are gone now and I have 7 weeks to go.

Prop Bet: $200 bucks 1.25 LBs (Me) to 1.0 LBs(Him)
Started: 283 LBS, now 280.

I just wanted to make a post to check up on how he is doing and to keep a log each week of progress. Let me know.

Diomed

P.S. Since we aren't doing scale pictures, do you think we can PM our weights on the last day to someone so neither one of us is tempted to one up the other. I trust you, but I know you don't really know me. So I think that would be fair. And am willing to post some pictures. Holla

Keep at it.

I'm down a few pounds, lowest was about 202. Lots of variance with water weight, and I'm not weighing daily. But I am running a mile every other day and lifting heavy on the offdays, and eating 2000 or less calories six days a week!

Well I'm very happy with the end results. I've been more focused on my weight then maybe I ever have. I'm officially at 260.6 . I started at 283.0. So I lost a total of 22.4 lbs of the past 2+ months. I've found out that I am horrible with diet and I have a lot of addictions that I need to get by to dump the rest of the weight but I actually enjoy putting the time in at the gym.

Either way (win or lose) I am happy with my results
