How freaking long does it take for UB tech support to get back to you. I signed up for an account maybe a year ago and had them close it down, but I sent them an e-mail to re-activate it. It's been 2 days and i haven't received an answer. Can i just enter a different e-mail address and start all over again? This time I want to sign up with rakeback

On a side note, I paid $8 for muddywaters .5-.10 NLHE video off CardRunners and i'm furious lol. It's only 30 minutes long and I didnt feel he did an impressive job in the video, both in explaining and in his actual performance in the game. Sadly, there are better vids u can get off 2+2 for free

And sadly, I'm gonna get an answer to my UB problem off here faster than their tech support lol
